WhisperGuide, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects users and partners to do the same. WhisperGuide may use original, licensed, public domain, publicly available, user-submitted, AI-generated, or third-party-sourced materials to provide location-based stories, audio, images, maps, and related content.

Upon receiving a valid notice, WhisperGuide may remove, disable, modify, or investigate the content at issue. We may also contact the reporting party, the content source, relevant service providers, or other parties as appropriate.

4. Counter-Notices

If content you submitted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with information supporting your position. WhisperGuide may request additional information before taking further action.

5. Repeat Infringers

WhisperGuide may suspend or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse the service.
