What "unlimited" includes

Every paid plan unlocks the same full experience:

Auto-renewal — Monthly Subscription only

Your Monthly Subscription will automatically renew at $49.99 per month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The 1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How to cancel

On iPhone or iPad: Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap WhisperGuide → Cancel Subscription.

On Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap WhisperGuide → Cancel subscription.

Refunds

WhisperGuide cannot process refunds for in-app purchases directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased.

Apple (App Store): Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a refund request for your WhisperGuide purchase.

Google (Play Store): Visit play.google.com, find your WhisperGuide order in your purchase history, and request a refund.

Price and Feature Changes

WhisperGuide may change prices, features, subscription plans, pass options, free story limits, trial offers, or paid access options from time to time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be handled according to applicable law and marketplace rules. Features included in a pass or subscription may change over time.

Availability and Technical Issues

Paid access may depend on internet connectivity, location permissions, device compatibility, third-party services, AI providers, map providers, app stores, and other systems. WhisperGuide does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

No Transfer or Resale

Paid access is personal to your account and may not be transferred, resold, shared commercially, or used to operate a competing service or commercial tour without written permission.

• Subscriptions and passes are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.

• Your free 10 plays and 1 free route are linked to your account, not your device — they don't reset by reinstalling the app.
